Our Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS), pH 7.2–7.6, is a highly reliable and ready-to-use biological buffer essential for molecular biology and cell culture applications. Each foil pouch contains a precisely measured, high-quality powder blend that dissolves to create a 10L volume of a 1X working solution. This eliminates the need for complex calculations, measurements, and pH adjustments, saving you valuable lab time.

Applications
Use our 1X PBS as a gentle, isotonic wash solution in a wide range of assays:

- ELISA and Western Blotting (Protein Applications)

- Cell Culture (Sterile Filtration Recommended; Washing and Resuspension)

- Immunohistochemistry (IHC)

- Electrophoresis (e.g., as a sample diluent or wash)

Dissolve the contents of one foil pouch in 10L of distilled or deionized water to yield a 1X solution containing.; alternatively you can dissolve in 1L to make a 10X solution.

Storage: Store at room temperature. Product may naturally agglomerate but can be easily broken up within the pouch prior to use.
