Applications and Recommended Usage?
Quality Tested by Leinco
Immunohistochemistry: use at a dilution of 1:50-1:500

Immunocytochemistry: use at a dilution of 1:50-1:500.

Immunofluorescence: use at a dilution of 1:50-1:200.

These are recommended dilutions.

End users should determine optimal dilutions for their applications. Prepare working dilutions immediately before use.
Each investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications. See directions on lot specific datasheets, as information may periodically change.

Description

Specificity
This antibody specifically recognizes human IgG, as well as light chains shared among other human immunoglobulin classes, as confirmed by immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA. No reactivity was observed with non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. Cross-reactivity with IgG from other species may occur.
Background
Anti-heavy and light chain (H+L) antibodies are designed to recognize the entire intact immunoglobulin (Ig) molecule. As IgG is present in all body fluids and plays a key role in immune defense, anti-H+L IgG antibodies may exhibit some cross-reactivity with other immunoglobulin classes as well as IgG from closely related species.
