This antibody also recognizes free kappa light chains and Bence-Jones kappa light chains. It is not reactive with lambda light chains. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype. Antigen Distribution Approximately 50% of normal human B-lymphocytes express kappa light chains. B-cell leukemias may express either kappa or lambda light chains. PubMed References & Citations1.
