Description

Specificity
Armenian Hamster Anti-Mouse L6-6C (Clone 7B10) recognizes an epitope on Mouse L6-6C. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.
Antigen Distribution
The Ly-6C antigen is found on some monocyte/macrophage populations, endothelial cells, thymocytes, NK-cells, T-cell subsets and 40% of bone marrow cells from all mouse strains tested.
