Description

Description

Specificity
Mouse Anti-Mouse Ts H-2s,f (Clone A4B2-Ky15) recognizes an epitope on Mouse Ts H-2s,f. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.
Background
The H-2 complex represents the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) in mice (Mus musculus), encoding class I, class II, and class III gene products that play a critical role in immune recognition, antigen presentation, and immune regulation. Monoclonal antibody clone A4B2-Ky15 specifically targets antigenic determinants associated with T suppressor factor / H-2 complexes expressed on distinct subpopulation subsets of suppressor T cells carrying the H-2s or H-2f haplotypes. Antibodies against these specific MHC haplotypes serve as key analytical tools in cellular immunology for identifying suppressor T-cell pathways, investigating MHC restriction, and evaluating immune cell subset dynamics in transgenic or haplotype-defined murine models.
Antigen Distribution
Found in Ts cells.
