Data

The attached graph shows that the gold conjugate (CG) antibody (T114) paired with the nitrocellulose membrane (NCM) antibody (T102) exhibits a strong, broad-range dose-response for human. The data supports an estimated Limit of Detection (LoD) of ≤125 μlU/mL from recombinant TSH (rhTSH) samples.

The TSH Lateral Flow Assay image shows a clear detection and visible signal increase at the test line, starting at the 500 μlU/mL concentration of rhTSH and strengthening up to 2000 μlU/mL, while the control line remains intensely positive across all concentrations. The match pair used to generate this data was Leinco detection antibody SKU T114 and capture antibody SKU T102.

DescriptionDescriptionSpecificity Mouse Anti-Human Thyroid Stimulating Hormone Beta (TSH-β) (Clone 155) recognizes Human Thyroid Stimulating Hormone Beta. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype. Background Thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) is a glycoprotein hormone1 that regulates the endocrine function of the thyroid gland.2 The most important controller of TSH secretion is thyroid-releasing hormone. Thyroid-releasing hormone is secreted by hypothalamic neurons into hypothalamic-hypophyseal portal blood, finds its receptors on thyrotrophs in the anterior pituitary and stimulates secretion of TSH.1 Independent of age, thyroid cancer incidence correlates with higher TSH. Higher TSH is associated with extrathyroidal extension of disease.3
