Description

Specificity
Rat Anti-Mouse ThB (Clone 114.8.1) recognizes Mouse ThB. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.
Antigen Distribution
The ThB antigen is present on most immature T-cells of the thymus, on Ig-, Thy-1- and Ig+ lymphoid cells in bone marrow and peripheral B-cells, but absent on peripheral T-cells. ThB is expressed in high density on spleen cells of AKR, C57BL, DBA/2, SJL and SWR strains. BALB/C, CBA, C3H/He and NZB strains express low densities of the ThB antigen on spleen cells.
