Applications and Recommended Usage?
Quality Tested by Leinco
Western blotting: use at dilution of 1:500. Bands of ~50kDa and ~120kDa are detected.

Immunohistochemistry: use at dilution of 1:50-1:100.

Immunofluorescence: use at dilution of 1:100-1:200

These are recommended working dilutions.

End user should determine optimal dilutions for their applications.
Each investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications. See directions on lot specific datasheets, as information may periodically change.

Description

Specificity
Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody specific to NFkB-p105 (Phospho-Ser337)
Background
NFkappaB is a transcription factor found in almost all cell types and is involved in many biological processes such as inflammation, immunity, differentiation, cell growth, tumorigenesis and apoptosis. NFkappaB is controlled by various mechanisms of post-translational modification and subcellular compartmentalization as well as by interactions with other cofactors or corepressors. such as p65-p50 and p65-c-Rel complexes. The NF-kappa-B p65-p65 complex appears to be involved in invasin-mediated activation of IL-8 expression.
