Description

ClearFlow™ Sheath Fluid is specifically formulated isotonic solution for transporting particles through a flow cytometer and supplied "Ready to Use". ClearFlow™ is specially manufactured in our ISO 7(class 10,000) cleanroom suite for low particulate count (SEE BELOW EXPERIMENT) and fluorescence background to guarantee better signal to noise ratio measurements.

Manufacturing Standards

All Leinco Technologies PBS and sheath fluid solutions are specially manufactured in our class 10,000 clean room environment located in St. Louis, Missouri. Each lot is packaged under our ISO 9001:2015 and cGMP quality standards. For custom options and improved supply chain management/continuity please contact Leinco for custom bulk options and auto-ship programs.

Directions For Use

This product contains an antibacterial/antifungal preservative (other than sodium azide) and may not be suitable for cell sorters and systems requiring a preservative free buffer. Use 1x ClearFlow™ to fill flow cytometery equipment to operating capacity, per manufacturer’s recommendations. 1x ClearFlow™may be used with any analytical flow cytometer such as (but not limited to) Becton Dickson (BD) FACSVerse, LSR I, LSR II, FACSCanto I, FACSCanto II, FACScan, FACSCalibur, LSRFortessa; Beckman Coulter FC500, Gallios, Cyan, Quanta; Sony EC800; and/or any other analytical-based flow cytometer requiring 1x sheath fluid.

Storage and Stability
