Echinococcus Granulosus SERION ELISA antigen

Human echinococcosis (hydatidosis or hydatid disease) is caused by the larval stages of cestodes (tapeworms) of the genus Echinococcus. Echinococcus granulosus causes cystic echinococcosis (CE), the form most frequently encountered.

Liquid

100 mM glycine buffer, pH 9.5. May contain additional bovine serum albumine as stabilizer.

Bovine hydatid cyst fluid, sterile filtered, presented in 100 mM glycine buffer, pH 9.5. May contain additional bovine serum albumine as stabilizer.

Store at -65°C or lower. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. 10 years from date of manufacture (under recommended storage conditions).
