State of Matter Lyophilized Product Preparation It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized LHRH in sterile 18MΩ-cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions. The LHRH is also soluble in a 1% glacial acetic acid. Storage and Handling Lyophilized product is stable at room temperature for 3 weeks. Store lyophilized product desiccated at -20°C. Upon reconstitution, store at 4°C for 2-7 days or aliquot and store at -20°C. For long-term storage add either HSA or BSA to 0.1%.
