Detection of human CDC25a by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Nuclear Extract (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CDC25a antibody 13022 (lot 13022-2) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. CDC25a was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CDC25a antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated CDC25a, 13022 was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
