Applications and Recommended Usage?
Quality Tested by Leinco
These antibodies may be used in immunoassays to detect and quantitate CRF. Other applications are under investigation.
Each investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications. See directions on lot specific datasheets, as information may periodically change.

Description

Specificity
These antibodies react specifically with CRF. There is no cross-reactivity with bovine serum albumin, insulin, ovalbumin, or epidermal growth factor. These two antibodies recognize different epitopes on CRF. Dissociation constants = 10-9 M for 56101and 1.5 x10-8 M for 56102.
Function
Hormone regulating the release of corticotropin from pituitary gland (By similarity). Induces NLRP6 in intestinal epithelial cells, hence may influence gut microbiota profile (By similarity). {UniProtKB:P06296, UniProtKB:Q8CIT0}.
