Description

Specificity
Rabbit Anti-Human TACI recognizes Human TACI. This polyclonal antibody was purified using affinity chromatography.
Background
Transmembrane activator & calcium modulator and cyclophilin ligand (CAML) interactor (TACI) is lymphocyte specific member1,2 of the tumor necrosis factor-receptor superfamily3 and is expressed in B-lymphocytes and may act to regulate humoral immunity.4 TACI also serves as a receptor for B-cell activating factor of the TNF family (BAFF) and as a proliferation-inducing ligand (APRIL).5
