Antibody DetailsProduct DetailsReactive Species Mouse Host Species Mouse Product Concentration 0.2 mg/ml Formulation This R-phycoerythrin (R-PE) conjugate is formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative. Product Preparation PE‑conjugated anti‑mouse CD7 antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant by affinity chromatography, then conjugated to R‑phycoerythrin (PE) using a controlled labeling procedure to preserve antigen‑binding activity and fluorophore performance. The final conjugate is supplied in a buffered aqueous solution containing stabilizing proteins and a preservative, and is filtered for use in flow cytometry applications requiring sensitive and specific detection of mCD7‑expressing cells. Storage and Handling This R-phycoerythrin (R-PE) conjugate is stable when stored at 2-8°C. Do not freeze. Country of Origin USA Shipping Next Day 2-8°C Excitation Laser Blue Laser (488 nm) and/or Green Laser (532 nm)/Yellow-Green Laser (561 nm) Applications and Recommended Usage? Quality Tested by Leinco FC The suggested concentration for this JD23 antibody for staining cells in flow cytometry is ≤ 0.5 μg per 106 cells in a volume of 100 μl. Titration of the reagent is recommended for optimal performance for each application. Additional Reported Applications For Relevant Conjugates ? Functional Assay (FA): JD23 is a mouse CD7‑specific antibody that recognize cell‑surface mCD7; however, only CAR‑T cells engineered with the JD23‑derived scFv mediate potent and specific killing of mCD7‑positive tumor cells in vitro. Each investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications. See directions on lot specific datasheets, as information may periodically change. DescriptionDescriptionSpecificity This antibody specifically recognizes mouse CD7 (mCD7) and shows no detectable cross‑reactivity with unrelated mouse surface markers under the tested conditions. Binding has been confirmed on mCD7‑expressing cells and is absent on mCD7‑negative control cells and isotype controls, supporting its suitability for specific detection of mouse CD7 in immunological and CAR‑T–related applications. Background CD7, also known as Leu‑9, is an approximately 40 kD glycosylated and palmitoylated transmembrane protein belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily. The extracellular domain of mature mouse CD7 shares 43% and 81% amino acid sequence similarity with human and rat CD7, respectively. Mouse CD7 mRNA has been detected in thymus, spleen, bone marrow, and small intestine, consistent with its predominant expression on T cells and NK cell subsets involved in immune regulation. Although CD7 has been implicated in T‑cell activation and signaling in other species, both the physiological ligand and precise function of mouse CD7 remain incompletely defined, making it a useful target and marker in T‑cell biology, leukemia/lymphoma research, and CAR‑T cell development. Antigen Distribution Mouse CD7 mRNA exists in thymus, spleen, bone marrow, and small intestine Ligand/Receptor Hematopoietic stem and progenitors, Leukemia, NK cells, T cells, Thymocytes References & Citations1.
