FC The suggested concentration for this SJ5-1B4 antibody for staining cells in flow cytometry is ≤ 1.0 μg per 106 cells in a volume of 100 μl or 100μl of whole blood. Titration of the reagent is recommended for optimal performance for each application.
Each investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications. See directions on lot specific datasheets, as information may periodically change.

Description

Specificity
Mouse Anti-Human CD10 (Clone SJ5-1B4) recognizes Human CD10. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype. Anti-Human CD10 (Anti-CALLA) recognizes a human common acute lymphoblastic leukemia antigen. CD10 is a (Mr 100 kDa) surface glycoprotein with associated neutral endopeptidase activity.1,2
Antigen Distribution
The CD10 antigen is found on cells from subjects with acute B-lymphoid leukemia.3 The antigen is also expressed in various degrees on progenitor B-cells, renal epithelium, fibroblasts, granulocytes, early T-lymphocytes and germinal center cells.
