Description

Specificity
Mouse Anti-Human CD10 (Clone SJ5-1B4) recognizes an epitope on Human CD10. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.
Antigen Distribution
The CD10 antigen is found on cells from subjects with acute B-lymphoid leukemia.3 The antigen is also expressed in various degrees on progenitor B-cells, renal epithelium, fibroblasts, granulocytes, early T-lymphocytes and germinal center cells.
Background
Anti-Human CD10 may be used in studies characterizing non-T-cell common acute lymphoblastic leukemias or differentiation of early lymphocyte lineages.
