Description

Specificity
Mouse Anti-Human Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH) (Clone 176) recognizes Human Follicle Stimulating Hormone. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.
Background
Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) is a heterodimeric glycoprotein and is composed of alpha and beta subunits that regulates the development, growth, pubertal maturation, and reproductive processes of the human body. Alpha subunit is common to FSH and LH, while a unique beta subunit determines the biological specificity of each hormone.
