Description

Specificity
Mouse Anti-Human IgG Fc Specific (Clone HP6043) recognizes an epitope on Human IgG Fc Specific. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.
Antigen Distribution
Surface IgG is expressed on approximately 2% of normal human peripheral blood cells.
