Applications and Recommended Usage?
Quality Tested by Leinco
FC This antibody has been quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤0.25 µg per million cells in 100 µl volume. Each investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.

Description

Specificity
Anti-Human IgG (Fc Specific) monoclonal antibody (clone HP6043) has been purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype. This antibody reacts with all IgG isotypes and is non-reactive with IgA, IgM, IgE, light chains or F(ab')2 portions of human IgG.
Antigen Distribution
Surface IgG is expressed on approximately 2% of normal human peripheral blood cells.
