Clone HP6043, Anti-Human IgG Fc Specific monoclonal antibody has been purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods using protein A.

This conjugated antibody is stable when stored at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.

Human IgG1: 100%
Human IgG2: 100%
Human IgG3: 100%
Human IgG4: 100%
Human IgM: <0.2%
Human IgA: <0.1%
Human IgE: <0.1%

There is no detectable binding to bovine, goat, horse sheep IgG.

This antibody reacts with all IgG isotypes and is non-reactive with IgA, IgM, IgE, light chains or F(ab')₂ portions of human IgG.
