Storage and Handling The lyophilized antibody can be stored desiccated at -20°C to -70°C for up to twelve months. The reconstituted antibody can be stored for at least four weeks at 2-8°C. The detection limit for Human IL-1 RII is 20 ng/lane under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Background Interleukin 1 receptor type II (IL1R2), also known as CD121b (Cluster of Differentiation 121b), is a transmembrane protein found on B lymphocytes, neutrophils, monocytes, large granular leukocytes and endothelial cells.
