Goat F(ab’)2 Anti-Mouse IgG (H&L) (Adsorbed Against: Hu., Bv.) – PE

Purified mouse IgG containing all isotypes.

This R-phycoerythrin (R-PE) conjugate is formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (150 mM NaCl) PBS pH 7.4, 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative.

This F(ab')₂ secondary antibody was generated by optimal pepsin degestion of the antisera followed by antigen affinity chromatography to elimiate the presence of Fc fragment and whole molecules.

This secondary antibody conjugate should be stored at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.

Leinco Technologies recommends using 1.0 micrograms to stain 1X10⁶ cells in flow cytometric applications.
