Antibody DetailsProduct DetailsReactive Species Rabbit Host Species Goat Immunogen Purified Rabbit IgG (H+L) (>98%) Product Concentration 0.2 mg/ml Formulation This Allophycocyanin (APC) conjugate is formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (150 mM NaCl) PBS pH 7.4, 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative. Product Preparation This F(ab')2 secondary antibody was generated by optimal pepsin degestion of the antisera followed by antigen affinity chromatography to elimiate the presence of Fc fragment and whole molecules. Expiration Date One year from date of receipt. Country of Origin USA Shipping Next Day 2-8°C Working Concentration This secondary reagent has been optimally manufactured to detect primary rabbit antibodies. Leinco Technologies uses F(ab')2 fragments to eliminate Fc receptor binding during use in immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry. Leinco Technologies suggests using 1 microgram to stain 1 X 106 cells in flow cytometry. However, we suggest that each investigator determine their own optimal titer for other specific applications. High concentrations of glycerol such as contained in some mounting mediums will quench the fluorescent intensity of Allophycocyanin and other phycobilliproteins. Excitation Laser Red Laser (650 nm) RRIDAB_2894209 Each investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications. See directions on lot specific datasheets, as information may periodically change. DescriptionSpecificity Goat F(ab')2 Anti-Rabbit IgG (H&L) recognizes Rabbit IgG (H&L). This secondary antibody was purified using antigen affinity chromatography and adsorbed against serum proteins and immunoglobulins to minimize species cross-reactivity. References & Citations |
