Product Preparation This F(ab')2 secondary antibody was generated by optimal pepsin degestion of the antisera followed by antigen affinity chromatography to elimiate the presence of Fc fragment and whole molecules. The antibody is then conjugated to biotin at a molar ratio to optimize performance. Storage and Handling This secondary antibody conjugate should be stored at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.
