Purified Rabbit IgG (H&L) (>98%)

This HRP-conjugated antibody is formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (150 mM NaCl) PBS pH 7.2 - 7.4, 1% BSA. (Warning: Use of sodium azide as a preservative will inhibit the enzyme activity of horseradish peroxidase)

This F(ab')₂ secondary antibody was generated by optimal pepsin degestion of the antisera followed by antigen affinity chromatography to elimiate the presence of Fc fragment and whole molecules.

This secondary antibody conjugate should be stored for up to 4 weeks at 2-8°C. However, for long term storage, aliquot into working volumes without dilution and store at –20°C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.

The suggested working dilution for immunohistology is approximately 1:150. However, each investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for each specific research application.
