Quality Tested by Leinco FC The suggested concentration for this 2.4G2 antibody for staining cells in flow cytometry is ≤ 1 μg per 106 cells in a volume of 100 μl. Titration of the reagent is recommended for optimal performance for each application. Additional Reported Applications For Relevant Conjugates ? B NOTE: The complete antibody and Fab fragments of the 2.4G2 antibody have also been used to block Fc receptors in vivo. Each investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications. See directions on lot specific datasheets, as information may periodically change. Emission Max 721 nm DescriptionDescriptionSpecificity Clone 2.4G2 recognizes the FcγIII and FcγII receptors. Background Clone 2.4G2 specifically recognizes mouse CD32 (FcγRII) and CD16 (FcγRIII), which are low-affinity Fc gamma receptors. These receptors play a critical role in the adaptive immune response by binding antibody-antigen immune complexes to modulate phagocytosis, signal transduction, and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC). Because these receptors are widely distributed across various immune cells, Clone 2.4G2 is highly sought after as a crucial Fc block reagent to eliminate non-specific background staining in flow cytometry. Target Antigens: Mouse CD32 (FcγRII) and CD16 (FcγRIII) Alternative Names: Fcγ II/III Receptor Cellular Distribution: Expressed on B cells, monocytes, macrophages, NK cells, neutrophils, mast cells, and dendritic cells. Primary Applications: Flow Cytometry (FC) and Functional Assays (FA). Ideal for blocking non-specific Fc-receptor binding. Antigen Distribution These receptors are present on B cells, monocyte/macrophages, NK cells, neutrophils, mast cells and dendritic cells. PubMed UniProt.org References & Citations1. Titas, J.
