0.8 mg/ml
Formulation
This secondary antibody is lyophilized from 0.01M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.6 containing 0.25M NaCl, 15 mg/ml IgG free BSA. (Warning: Use of sodium azide as a preservative will inhibit the enzyme activity of horseradish peroxidase)
Storage and Handling
This lyophilized secondary antibody conjugate should be stored desiccated at 2-8°C. Caution: This horseradish peroxidase conjugate does not contain preservatives. To avoid microbial contamination, store the reconstituted conjugate containing glycerol at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer.
Expiration Date
One year from date of reconstitution

Working Concentration
It is recommended that working dilutions be prepared fresh daily.

WB: 1:5,000 - 1:100,000
WB Chemiluminescent: 1:10,000 - 1:200,000
ELISA: 1:5,000 - 1:100,000
IHC: 1:500 - 1:5,000

Secondary antibody concentrations reconstituted with glycerol will be diluted by 50%. Therefore, the working dilution may be one half of what is recommended.
Each investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications. See directions on lot specific datasheets, as information may periodically change.

Description

Specificity
Donkey Whole Molecule Anti-Goat IgG (H&L) recognizes Goat IgG (H&L). This secondary antibody was purified using antigen affinity chromatography and has been adsorbed against serum proteins and immunoglobulins to minimize species cross-reactivity.
