Pricing & Details
Antibody DetailsProduct DetailsReactivity Species Hamster Host Species Goat Immunogen Purified Hamster IgG (H&L) (>98%) Product Concentration 1.5 mg/ml Formulation This secondary antibody is lyophilized from 0.01M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.6 containing 0.25M NaCl, 15 mg/ml IgG free BSA and 0.05% sodium azide as a preservative. Storage and Handling This lyophilized secondary antibody conjugate should be stored desiccated at 2-8°C. The reconstituted AMCA conjugate containing glycerol should be stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer. Expiration Date One year from date of reconstitution Country of Origin USA Working Concentration A working dilution of 1:50 - 1:200 is suitable for most applications. Applications and Recommended Usage ELISA Sandwich: This antibody is useful as the capture antibody in a sandwich ELISA. The suggested coating concentration is 5 µg/ml (100 µl/well) µg/ml. IHC (NBF/Par.): This antibody may be used to stain nuclear membranes in cells, tissue preparations or subcellular fractions. The antibody works well with cells and tissue sections fixed with 2% paraformaldehyde and requires no dilution. Tonsil is the recommended positive control tissue. Flow Cytometry: PN:A106 Western Blotting: To detect Human CASP8 by Western blot analysis, this antibody can be used at a concentration of 1.0-2.0 µg/ml (1:100 Dilution). When used in conjunction with compatible second step reagents such as PN:M114 and a chromogenic substrate such as PN:T343, the detection limit for Human CASP8 is 1.0 ng/lane under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Each investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications. See directions on lot specific datasheets, as information may periodically change. DescriptionSpecificity Goat Anti-Armenian Hamster IgG (H&L) recognizes Hamster IgG (H&L). This secondary antibody was purified using antigen affinity chromatography and adsorbed against serum proteins and immunoglobulins to minimize species cross-reactivity.
