Goat F(ab’)₂ Anti-Mouse IgG (H&L) (Adsorbed Against: Hu., Bv.) – Biotin

This biotinylated antibody is formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (150 mM NaCl) PBS pH 7.4, 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative.

This F(ab')₂ secondary antibody was generated by optimal pepsin degestion of the antisera followed by antigen affinity chromatography to elimiate the presence of Fc fragment and whole molecules.

This secondary antibody conjugate should be stored at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.

The suggested working dilutions for the following applications are:

ELISA: 1:20,000 – 1:100,000.

WB: 1:2,000 – 1:10,000.

ICC: 1:1,000 – 1:5,000.

NOTE: Titration of the reagent is recommended for optimal performance for each application.
Each investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.
