Goat F(ab’)₂ Anti-Syrian Hamster IgG (H&L) – DyLight^® 680

This DyLight^® 680 conjugate is formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative.

This DyLight^® 680 conjugate is stable when stored at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.

Secondary antibody concentrations reconstituted with glycerol will be diluted by 50%. Therefore, the working dilution may be one half of what is recommended.

Goat F(ab')₂ Anti-Hamster IgG (H&L) recognizes Hamster IgG (H&L). This secondary antibody was purified using antigen affinity chromatography and has been adsorbed against serum proteins and immunoglobulins to minimize species cross-reactivity.
