Each investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications. See directions on lot specific datasheets, as information may periodically change.

Description

Specificity
Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody specific to HA.
Background
The HA epitope tag is derived from the HA-molecule corresponding to amino acids YPYDVPDYA of human influenza hemagglutinin. It is frequently used as an epitope tag in expression vectors. Many recombinant proteins have been engineered to express the HA tag, which does not appear to interfere with the bioactivity or the biodistribution of the recombinant protein.
